My deepest condolences to the Ivey/Clyde family:
Life indeed does take its turns. And when someone has been around for 85 years and falls asleep in death they have made beautiful memories to cherish. They will be missed. And, my heart aches for you. May you look forward to the Most High God of Comfort fulfilling His promises (Psalms 83:18 & 2Corinthians 1:3, 4).
Notice what He promises: Revelations 21:4 ( No more pain, tears, sorrow or death) and He even says where they are (Daniel 12:2), and the beautiful resurrection hope (John 5:28, 29) and where they will be ( Psalms 37:11) and how long (Psalms 37:29). I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to us when our precious daughter fell asleep in death and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death. I truly understand the deep pain of losing a loved one.

Please hold onto those precious promises yes, seeing our loved ones again in perfect health (Isaiah 33:24).
My deep deep heartfelt sympathy,
Sissy

Dear Ivey/Clyde Family: Please accept my sincere condolences for your family at this difficult time. Acts 24:15 gives us a wonderful hope. It tells us that there will be a resurrection of the dead. One day you will be able to see Ms. Coline again. But until that time, Jehovah, our heavenly Father has promised us that he will be the God of peace and that he will guard our hearts and minds. This is certainly a time when we need guidance from our heavenly Father. I hope these scriptures have helped and comforted you on some way. Again, I am sorry for your loss.

May the family take comfort in knowing that those who die are safe in the memory of our heavenly father who has the ability to restore life to the countless millions who have died. When the resurrection of the dead takes place tears of sadness will become tears of joy. Until that time allow the God of all tender mercies and comfort support your family through this difficult time.

The family has my deepest heart felt sympathy. I just remember Aunt Coline fussing you out and telling she loves you at the same time. She loved family time and being around all her children. She was a mother to many and she loved that. She will be truly missed. Family just keep her Vision alive. Thick or thin family never ends

Love Always Lisa

Hello Extended Clyde Family.
Having heard of your recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too well know the Grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5 : 28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief note, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today.
With Greatest Sympathy, Your Neighbor : P.D.Walker.
