Ja'hQuan Isaiah Peed

Ja'hQuan Isaiah Peed, 14, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017.  He was born March 20, 2003, in Norfolk, VA, the son of Trena Peed and Richard Wray, III.

Ja'hQuan attended Westover Middle School where he was an A/B Honor Roll Student.  He also attended his 7th grade year at Douglas Byrd Middle School and his 6th grade year at Ireland Drive Middle School.  Outside of his education, Ja'hQuan loved spending his time playing baseball, boxing, dancing, walking, bible studies, and attending church.

Ja'hQuad was predeceased by his father, Richard Wray, III and his great grandmother, Geraldine Brown.

He is survived by his mother Trena Peed and stepfather Bobby Barber of the home and his siblings Eric (Nashaly) Peed, Waynesha Peed of Norfolk, VA, Darryl Martin, Jr., Brianna Barber, Tiyanna Barber, Ni'Kole Barber, and Indiyah Barber all of the home.  Ja'hQuan is also survived by his grandparents Helen (Samuel) Harris of Norfolk, VA and Regina (Richard) Wray of Norfolk, VA.

Visitation is scheduled prior to the service on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters,10225 Fayetteville Road, Raeford, NC 28376.  Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017, 2:00 PM at Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters officiated by Pastor Christopher Davis; and interment will be at Northside Cemetery following the service.
