Freddie Bryant Jr., 64, passed on Tuesday, March 05, 2019 at the Highsmith-Rainey Specialty Hospital in Fayetteville following a long battle with cancer.
Mr. Bryant is predeceased by his mother Ruby Mae Bryant, his father Freddie Bryant Sr., his son Marvin Eugene Givens, his brothers John Milton Bryant and James Curtis Bryant. Mr. Bryant is survived by four children: Fredrick Bryant, Carolyn Bryant, Freddie Bryant III, and stepdaughter Angela Johnson. He also leaves behind four sisters, Barbara Gadson, Cora Parter, Linda Sanders, Mary McKoy and his brother Leon Bryant. Mr. Bryant also leave behind twelve grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends Ms. Willa Dean McCauley, Rosemary and John Gibson.
After serving with the U.S. Army, Mr. Bryant enjoyed every aspect of life and took pride in his various business ventures; but truly relished the friends he made during his life time. Over the years, his love, expertise, and reputation led him to be a pillar within his family.
Memorial service will be held 9 March 2019 at Overcomer by Faith Minstries, 6577 Fisher Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304. In lieu of flowers, family requested any and all donations be made to cancer research in his name.
