Barbara (Smith) Clark

Ms. Barbara Smith Clark, 84, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2020.

Barbara was born on July 29, 1935 to the late Jack and Geneva Williams Smith. She loved spending time with family and was always available to love and support anyone.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by brothers Harold Smith and Glenn Palmer Smith and a son Hal Palmer Clark.

Survivors include her loving children Steve Clark and wife Susan, Tim Clark, Ronda Clark, all of Shelby; Tracey Mannino and husband Phil of Huntersville; Shannon Bangs and husband Bob of Fayetteville; 25 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Sharon United Methodist Church in the picnic pavilion.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions social distancing and masks will be required.

Burial will be in Sharon United Methodist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sharon United Methodist Church, 871 College Ave. Shelby, NC 28152.
