Jennie Jackson Obituary

Mrs. Jennie McLean Jackson,  daughter of the late Thressa Hines McLean and the late Warren McLean was born December 30, 1964 in Fayetteville, NC.  Jennie departed  this side at her home in Raeford, on January 11, 2021.  She accepted Jesus Christ as he lord and savior at a young age at Lewis Chapel Baptist Church.  Jennie was educated in Fayetteville City School systems with her five siblings. 

Jennie devoted her life to being a loving mother to all that in her presence.  She would open her arms, heart and wisdom to all who would accept it.  Too many she is known simply as "Momma".

Jennie was proceeded in death by her mother and father Warren and Thressa Hines McLean, her husband Johnathan Wayne Jackson, a grandson Alijah Amir and nephew Henry Joel Sensley.  She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters Jateya SoUnique  (Chuckie) joint and Shatoria Lashea (Rolando) Maldonado both of  the home (Fayetteville), four brothers Warren Roscoe (Gail) McLean (Fayetteville), Nathaniel (Cloria) McLean (Fayetteville), Eric DeWayne McLean(Florida) and Carlos Javon McLean,  Eight Grandchildren, Lekeria Bratcher, Armani Bostic, Nasir Brown, Johari Joint, Khloe Paulson, Jordan Joint, Aaron Joint and Miguel Maldonado.  Two great-grandchildren, Zion Smith and Miles Cousar.  Three special daughters Teeka Davis, Sade Morris and Nyela (Cliff) Davis.  Two special nieces Thresa Melvin and Kiara McLean, and one nephew Towarren McLean and host of other nieces, nephews, fiends and relatives. 

Viewing: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Unity Chapel at Cliffdale, 1037 71st School Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina.   Funeral: 2:00 PM, Saturday, Unity Chapel at Cliffdale.
