Justin John Ortiz

Beloved Justin John Ortiz, 39, of Fuquay-Varina, NC, went home to be with Jesus on July 30, 2021 after a short battle with cancer. He was born in NYC, NY on February 5, 1982 to John and the late Anna Angelucci-Ortiz. He was raised and cared for by his sister Deneen and her husband Benedicto Santos.
Justin grew up in Erie, PA in a tight-knit family who did everything together; birthday parties, picnics, family dinners, and ministry events. He mostly enjoyed going on road trips together. His favorite pastimes were drinking coffee and keeping the house tidy. Justin loved the Lord and was a long-time member of New Beginnings Church in Fairview, PA. He was very much loved and cherished by all his church family.
His beautiful life will forever be etched on the hearts of his siblings Eric Angelucci, Deneen (Ben) Santos, Dawn (Ed) Estela, Carrie (Deusdedi) Perez; 16 nieces, nephews and their spouses: Kathleen (Lou) Fitch, LeeAnn (Jeremy) Hall, Mark (Susan) Santos, Deneen (Miles) Wesley, Grace (Thomas) Tipton, Michael (Nicolette) Estela, Anthony Estela, Elena Estela, Shawn Estela and Sheila Perez; 7 great-nieces and nephew: Olivia and Jillian Fitch, Sophia Wesley, Gabriel Tipton, Allison and Ava Hall, Annabella and Maya Santos; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother Anna Angelucci-Ortiz and brother Thomas Angelucci.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date to honor him and the beauty of who he was.
