Rosemary Elizabeth (Deon) Taylor

Rosemary Elizabeth Taylor, 64 passed away unexpectedly on September 11, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She was born on April 1, 1959, in Utica, New York, the daughter of the late Frank M and Bernadette (Deon) Panaro.

Rosemary graduated from New Hartford High School Class of 1977. She worked at Oneida County Office of the aging. She married Michael L. Taylor on November 21, 1998 and had a beautiful and happy marriage of 24 years.
Rosemary is survived by her beloved: husband, Michael Taylor; daughters, Evoni Defreitas, Tasha Roberts, Joel Bertram (Rob); sons, Michael and Donald Dutcher; sisters, Maria Panaro and Debbie Muzzy; brother, Michael Deon; nieces, Elena, Arianna Deon and Christopher Hodge; nephews, Sean Mehnert (Nicole) and Dutin Deon; granddaughters, Ivanna, Kayle Jo, Taylor Marie, Helen Lounsby and Gina Sharp; grandsons, Cassius and Augustus; sister-in-law, Jenna; brother-in-law, Sean; special friend, Connie Fariello; cousins, Deon from Albany, New York and the Williams from Dodgeville, New York; and a host of other relatives and friends.
