Hello Ramos Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area.
Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too, well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5:28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief note, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today
With Greatest Sympathy, Your Neighbor P.D.Walker.

Is there hope for our dead loved ones? The answer is a reassuring yes. This is based on the many promises regarding the teaching of the resurrection. At Acts 24:15 you will read: " There is going to be a resurrection. " That mean that you have the prospect of seeing your dead loved one again. You can believe that because the Creator of life hates death and is the one backing the promised resurrection of the dead. Not only is he the Giver of life but has shown himself to be the Restorer of life. There a re eight accounts in the Bible that chronicles the resurrection of those who had been days for a long time and a short time. The restoration of life was provided to young, old, male and female. Nothing is impossible with God because not only does he have the power to performs things we regard as miracles but more importantly he wants too because he loves mankind. So take comfort in this Bible teaching of the resurrection of the dead.

My deepest condolences to the Rivera/Ramos family,
May you find some comfort in the Gift that the Most High God has given us, yes His written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16).
I would like to share a few Scriptures that helped us to cope when our precious daughter died and recently my beloved husband of 50 years fell asleep in death: (Isaiah 25:8)swallow up death, (Isaiah 33:24)no more sickness, (John 5:28, 29)seeing loved ones again, (2Corinthians 1:3) yes God can comfort us, to deal with present situations. But, He also says where we can see our loved ones again at Psalms 37:11 and how long Psalms 37:29.
I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you as they were to me.
My sincere sympathy,
Sissy
